Can a name be erased from The Book of Life?

. Psa 69 Verse 28: Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.
Rev 3 Verse 5: He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before My Father, and before His angels.
Exo 32 Verse 33: And the Lord said unto Moses, whosoever hath sinned against Me, him will I blot out of My book.
Psa 139 Verse 16: Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being imperfect, and in Thy book all my members are written, which in continuance are fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
Eze 13 Verse 9: And Mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: They shall not be in the assembly of My people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel.
Dan 10 Verse 21: But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: And there is none that beholdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.
Dan 12 Verse 1: And at that time Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people; and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time; and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
Zec 5 Verse 2: And he said unto me, what sees thou? and I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits.
Verse 3: Then said he unto me: This is the curse that goeth forth over the face of the whole earth: For every one that stealeth shall be cut off as on this side according to it; and every one that sweareth shall be cut off as on that side according to it.
Verse 4: I will bring it forth, said the Lord of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by My name; and I shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof. (So we see there is different books for different things.)
Verse 16: Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another; and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon His name.
Luk 15 Verse 32: It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: For this thy brother was dead, (his name erased from the book of life) and is alive again; (his name replaced) and was lost, and is found.
Dan 10 Verse 21: But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth:
Rev 20 Verse 12: And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: And another book was opened, which is the book of life: And the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Verse 15: And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Dan 7 Verse 10: A fiery stream issued and came forth from before Him: Thousand thousands ministered unto Him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him: The judgement was set, and the books were opened.
Rev 5 Verse 1: And I saw in the right hand of Him that sat om the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
Rev 17 Verse 8: The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: And the} that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Rev 22 Verse 19: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
